Our client in Ottawa has a 3 year hybrid remote contract opportunity for a Storage Solutions Architect...Applicants must live in Ottawa or the surrounding area.• Document and socialize the architecture changes for feedback and approvals • Provide technical expertise during the implementation phase of installing and configuring the new primary data center storage solution and Commvault changes • Participate in Operational support; patching, evergreening and incident management Required Qualifications: • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in testing or/and operation or/and development or/and integration in Storage environments • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Storage equipment, specifically with NetApp and CommVault technologies • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Hyperscale • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in IT Operations work, including the operational capabilities and typical challenges of IT Operations • Demonstrated ability to drive the development process (supporting continuous integration and deployment) from idea to implementation • Demonstrated experience with scalable and highly available service-oriented architectures • Demonstrated experience in working with Agile methodology Additional Qualifications:• Demonstrated experience in working with ServiceNow • Demonstrated experience in working with Azure Storage methodologies • Demonstrated experience in Cisco technologies (Cisco 9K, APIC)
