L2 Engineers (Network Solutions Consultants) Responsible for the development of the end-to-end refresh and deployment requirements for RBC’s branch and campus networks. Provide technical expertise and leadership needed to solve operational issues, as well as provide support with technical escalations, incidents and project management. Provide recommendations and contribute to the solutions in an area of expertise including leading work streams that are part of the larger initiative.
