Responsible for the development of the end-to-end refresh and deployment requirements for RBC's branch and campus networks.
Provide technical expertise and leadership needed to solve operational issues, as well as provide support with technical escalations, incidents and project management.
Plan, submit, execute, monitor, remediate deployments and assist with supporting all system updates and lead production deployment activities
