Provide visionary leadership and collaborative guidance in crafting a comprehensive HR strategy.
# Oversee all facets of HR operations, including organizational design, labour and employee relations, strategic workforce planning, diversity, equity, inclusion, Indigenization, and accessibility initiatives.
# Lead workplace culture enhancement and change management initiatives.
# You have a track record of successfully managing complex transformational change initiatives and delivering excellence in innovative and progressive human resources practices. As a leader, you foster collaborative relationships and champion a culture that values the diversity of people and ideas.
