Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs in a professional manner. Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transaction processing. Serve ice cream and slushes, and hand blend milkshakes. Provide product information. Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and sales. Maintain merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is organized and inviting. Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette. Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cleaning and sanitizing.
