This role requires strong foundation in process management and customer service. The Benefits Administrator must have the ability to research issues, work with large amounts of data, and maintain process accuracy. A bold ambition and set of goals to drive transformation in our industry.
Complete data reports to meet compliance requests and vendor processes.
Consolidate annual pay data for workers’ compensation and create summaries required for insurance vendor.
Participate in testing of process improvements and new implementations before launch.
Support ad-hoc benefits projects as part of the Global Health and Wellness Team.
Experience applying data and researching issues.
Proficient with Microsoft applications.
Project management experience.
