# Coordinate and track the work of engineering document release (Drawings, Modsums, RFCs, NOCs, etc.) Identify and report on risks and support risk mitigation planning and execution;
# Coordinate multi-site activities as necessary;
# Actively support the improvement projects of our processes & tools;
# Represent the Configuration Management team at various cross-functional meetings;
# Create activity and resource plans to support flexible strategies and reporting;
# Control and Manage RSI application on Challenger platforms.

Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering / or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or in aerospace;
Are educated and experienced in project management (A PMP certification is considered an asset);
Have sound aircraft Engineering and/or Operations experience (asset);
Can analyze large amounts of data to identify trends allowing efficient decision making;
Have effective problem-solving skills with the ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets;
proficient in MS Office and experience with MS Excel and Power BI is an asset.
