L'objectif principal est de renforcer les capacités techniques et scientifiques des communautés autochtones à travers le Canada, en se basant sur les valeurs des communautés des Premières Nations, des Métis et des Inuits. En tant que ressource, l'organisation fournit un financement pour des projets dirigés par la communauté, partage des connaissances et relie les communautés autochtones entre elles, travaillant vers une prise de décision intergénérationnelle et la construction de partenariats. À partir de vos expériences, vous êtes capable de synthétiser ces informations, de tester des hypothèses avec des données et d'informer différents publics sur la capacité des communautés autochtones à comprendre les effets cumulatifs ainsi que les perspectives autochtones sur ces effets.
Fournir des conseils politiques et techniques à l'organisation pour faire progresser sa mission. Votre expertise aidera à informer le directeur exécutif, le bureau national, les entrepreneurs et les communautés autochtones sur les effets cumulatifs d'un point de vue autochtone. Cela inclut l'organisation de la conférence annuelle, la gestion des services en ligne, le réseautage avec les organisations autochtones et gouvernementales, la création de communications telles que des annonces sur le site Web et des publications sur les réseaux sociaux, la réalisation de webinaires et la présentation aux partenaires.
Vous dirigerez les aspects administratifs du Comité consultatif technique (CCT) et collaborerez avec les communautés autochtones sur les questions liées aux effets cumulatifs, à la capacité et à la traduction des différents systèmes de connaissances. Vous serez également impliqué dans la gestion des projets pour le PFC, en suivant les accords de financement, en examinant les rapports et en supervisant les lignes directrices de financement. Diriger notre Comité consultatif technique (TAC) pour soutenir la mission de l'organisation et développer des processus itératifs futurs pour améliorer le Programme de financement communautaire.
Soutenir les services en ligne existants de l'organisation pour s'assurer qu'ils sont à jour et inclusifs d'une pratique autochtone des effets cumulatifs.
Diplôme ou certificat en administration des affaires ou une combinaison d'études et d'expérience pertinente en gestion de l'environnement, en aménagement du territoire, en gestion intégrée de l'eau ou dans un domaine connexe
Expérience de travail avec Microsoft Office, Slack, Google Drive, Zoom et SalesForce un atout
