Job Title: Installation Manager Job Summary: The Installation Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing installation crews, ensuring materials and inventory are prepared for outgoing jobs, and supporting seamless project execution. This role works closely with the Shop Manager, leads field teams, and helps maintain high-quality installation standards. The ideal candidate is results-driven, loyal, intense in their approach, and confident managing external installation crews. Candidates must be comfortable working in all types of weather and occasionally traveling as needed. Job Type: Full-Time (On-site; Field & Shop-Based) Job Location: London, ON Shift Structure: Standard: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–12:30 PM Travel: 90% of work follows the above schedule; approx. 10% may require before/after-hours work or overnight travel depending on client needs. Overnight travel is voluntary first—crew members are asked who is willing to go before assigning trips. Compensation Structure: Hourly Rate: $27–$30/hour (higher pay possible for seasoned experience) Pay Increases: Eligible for a raise after the probationary period and performance review Bonus: Performance-based bonus structure available Responsibilities: Prepare and organize inventory, equipment, and materials for outgoing installation crews Coordinate closely with the Shop Manager to ensure job readiness Lead, manage, and motivate installation crews in the field Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Support the team with hands-on tasks and problem-solving in dynamic field environments Assist with additional duties related to installation operations as required Maintain compliance with safety protocols, including working at heights and ladder safety Contribute to a results-driven, accountable work environment Skills/Qualifications: Experience managing an external or field-based crew (required) Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, etc.) Valid G License for travel using company vehicles Working at Heights certification (asset; training provided) Ladder Safety Training (asset; training provided) D License (asset; used for certain crane operations; training provided) Ability or willingness to read and interpret blueprints (training provided) Strong leadership qualities: intense, results-driven, loyal, and able to hold teams accountable Apply Today If you are a motivated leader who thrives in hands-on environments, enjoys field work, and is ready to drive installation success, we encourage you to apply now
