We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic team at RAZR Marketing. As an SRE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both software development and system administration, with a passion for automating operational tasks and implementing best practices for infrastructure as code.
Infrastructure Automation:
Monitoring and Incident Response:
Establish and maintain comprehensive monitoring solutions for infrastructure, applications, and services.
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents, ensuring timely resolution and post-incident analysis.
Performance Optimization:
Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system components for better scalability and efficiency.
Conduct capacity planning to anticipate and address future infrastructure requirements.
Implement security best practices for AWS environments, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability management.
Drive initiatives to improve system reliability, performance, and operational processes.
Share expertise and knowledge through documentation, training, and mentorship.
Test and validate disaster recovery procedures on a regular basis.
Work on optimizing AWS costs through effective resource utilization, reserved instances, and monitoring.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
~ Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
~ Strong proficiency in AWS services and a solid understanding of cloud architecture.
~ Proficiency in scripting languages such as TypeScript, Python, Bash, or Ruby.
~ Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
~ AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
