Retail Sales Consultant – Full Time (Bilingual – French and English) - Ottawa
The Retail Sales Consultant represents the main point of contact for the general public to facilitate the purchase of medical supplies and equipment. This position requires excellent customer service skills, product knowledge and computer skills.
Job Title: Retail Sales Consultant
Reports to: Retail Store Manager
Type:Full Time Permanent
Present and sell medical equipment and supplies to all clients and accounts
-Provide customer service including identify and resolve clients concerns via in-store, phone, fax and e-mail
-Prepare sales quotations and sales orders for clients
-Follow-up on new sales leads along with referrals from other departments
-Share new product opportunities and special developments with your Store Manager
-Utilize sales tools provided to meet sales targets
-Ensure the Retail Showroom is clean and organized at all times
-Sales experience in a related health field is an asset
-Bilingualism in French and English is required
-Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and in writing
