Assistant Store Managers are responsible for all operations throughout the store, which includes maintaining safety standards, delivering financial results, merchandising, providing a first-class customer service experience, and developing their people.

This position will be for our ICS Store located at – 9 Glencoe Drive, Mount Pearl NL.

What you will do :

Demonstrate sensitivityto customer needs and willingness to build sincere relationships

Engage and motivate team members with energy/optimism, through company vision and effectively promote leadership at all levels

Poss ess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results and implement process improvements

Communicate with honesty and integrity, and create the space for others to do the same

Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure

Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships

What you bring :

5 years retail management experience

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Ability to leverage technology for project management, analysis and solving problems (including Microsoft Office Suite)

Open ness to continuous improvement and responsibility for independent learning

ICS is dedicated to serving Atlantic Canadian commercial contractors with specialty commercial products not available at retail locations. ICS has three locations in Atlantic Canada: Moncton, New Brunswick, Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia and Mount Pearl, Newfoundland .

These locations allow commercial contractors to experience products and services catered to their business. The ICS sales team and its tailored product assortment can help service all your commercial needs.
