About the role :

Th e House Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel.

Our work environment pairs a strong commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences with an emphasis on creativity and innovation. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Hourly Wage: $23.00 - $24.50

What you will do:

  • S upport a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked, trash and debris are removed from the rooms , and maintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms.

  • Fulfill guest requests and replenish storage areas.

  • Ensure all storage areas have appropriate stocks of linen and amenities.

  • Respond to all guest requests in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist Room Attendants in stripping dirty linen and running missing items to floors and rooms.

  • Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest

What you bring:

  • High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

  • Strong communication skills (English).

  • Prior cleaning experience is preferred.

  • Prior hotel experience is preferred.

  • Ability to lift and carry 20-25 pounds regularly.

  • Ability to work in Canada.

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.
