• Experience in creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in Project Planning : Support the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables under the guidance of senior project managers.
• Coordinate Team Activities : Organise meetings, track tasks, and ensure alignment among team members.
• Cost Control and Reporting : Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
• Monitor Project Progress : Track milestones, update project status, and identify and escalate potential risks or delays.
• Manage Documentation : Maintain and organise project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
• Facilitate Communication : Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the project team to ensure effective and consistent communication.
