The A Effect is seeking a resourceful Content Producer to join our passionate and growing team.

Reporting to the Director of Programs, you’ll play a key role in designing and producing engaging content that inspires and empowers our participants, while actively contributing to the team’s dynamic.

Design and develop professional development program content, including effective learning activities;
Write content, create presentations, and produce tools to support workshops, events, and program materials;
Collaborate with the team to develop innovative content formats and approaches to maximize participant engagement and impact.


Has a degree in communication, journalism, experience design, learning design, psychology, social sciences, or equivalent experience;
Brings 5 to 7 years of experience in journalism, content production, or instructional design, with a portfolio of diverse projects;
Clearly understands the distinction between marketing content and content created for educational or engagement purposes;
Is comfortable working with various content formats, including written, spoken, and multimedia;
Is fluent in English and has strong proficiency in French;
Can work in a hybrid model and be available to work at our downtown Montreal office 2-3 days a week.
