Manager, Operational Excellence

We’re seeking a Manager, Operational Excellence to join our team. In this role, he/she will be responsible for driving continuous improvement for all organizational processes, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing strategies to optimise processes and enhance quality. Specifically, the Manager Operational Excellence will:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with process owners to clearly identify and map existing processes across various functions within the company.
  • Identify processes that need to be put in place, modified or eliminated
  • Update processes, seek best practices, and identify performance benchmarks to uncover new opportunities for improvement;
  • Understand the business in all aspects to ensure that the processes are efficient and effective
  • Document process flow as well as step by step process and procedures
  • Test process for potential discrepancies
  • Analyze process efficiencies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and update guides/how-to documentation to help process owners ensure consistency in execution;
  • Facilitate workshops to drive engagement and knowledge sharing;
  • Participate in change management by leading supporting communication, training, and coaching activities;
  • Structure the new employee onboarding program for our various systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or operations management;
  • Business technology management would be an asset;
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, system implementation or similar functions;
  • Project management experience and Lean certification would be an asset;
  • Experience in workshop facilitation would be an asset;
  • Previous experience with Asana;
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy;
  • Demonstrated initiative, focus on excellence, challenge the status quo and seek out alternative perspectives;
  • Open-mindednessand active listening skills, eagerness to learn, suggest ideas and innovate;
  • Attention to detail and rigorous approach to research, analysis and documentation;
  • Ability to workcollaboratively, cultivating meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers;
  • Effective communications skills, both written and spoken in both in English and French

Gestionnaire, Excellence Opérationnelle

Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire, Excellence Opérationnelle pour rejoindre notre équipe. Dans ce rôle, il/elle sera responsable de stimuler l'amélioration continue de tous les processus organisationnels, d’identifier les améliorations et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour optimiser les processus et améliorer la qualité. Plus précisément, le/la Gestionnaire, Excellence Opérationnelle devra :

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Collaborer avec les responsables de processus pour identifier et cartographier les processus existants dans les différentes fonctions de l'entreprise.;
  • Identifier les processus qui doivent être mis en place, modifier ou supprimer.
  • Mettre à jour les processus, rechercher les meilleures pratiques et identifier des références de performance afin de découvrir de nouvelles opportunités d’amélioration ;
  • Comprendre l'ensemble des aspects de Devmont pour garantir des processus efficaces et efficients.
  • Documenter les flux de processus ainsi que les étapes et procédures.
  • Tester les processus pour repérer d'éventuelles incohérences.
  • Analyser l'efficacité des processus et identifier les axes d'amélioration.
  • Concevoir et mettre à jour des guides/documentations pour aider les responsables de processus à garantir une exécution cohérente ;
  • Animer des ateliers pour favoriser l’engagement et le partage des connaissances ;
  • Participer à lagestion du changement en soutenant les activités de communication, de formation et de coaching
  • Structurer le programme d'intégration des nouveaux employés pour nos divers systèmes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat en génie industriel ou en gestion des opérations ;
  • Une spécialisation en gestion des technologies d’affaires serait un atout ;
  • Minimum de cinq(5) ans d’expérience en amélioration continue, optimisation des processus, mise en œuvre de systèmes ou fonctions similaires ;
  • Expérience en gestion de projet et certification Lean seraient des atouts ;
  • Expérience en animation d’ateliers serait un atout ;
  • Expérience préalable avec Asana serait un atout ;
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique avec un haut niveau d’autonomie ;
  • Initiative démontrée, souci de l’excellence, aptitude à remettre en question le statu quo et à explorer des perspectives alternatives ;
  • Ouverture d’esprit, écoute active, volonté d’apprendre, de proposer des idées et d’innover ;
  • Attention aux détails et approche rigoureuse dans la recherche, l’analyse et la documentation
  • Capacité à travailler de manière collaborative et à cultiver des relations significatives avec les collègues et les clients ;
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, à l’écrit comme à l’oral, en anglais et en français
