Customer Service Representative

Adecco is presently recruiting a seasoned Customer Service Representative to join a leading Canadian petroleum refining company situated in Moncton, NB. In this role, you will be responsible for guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction and retention. · Location: Moncton, NB

· Shifts : 5 days on / 2 days off

· Job type: Full-time | 1-year Contract

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide support to customers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and processing orders

· Prepare correspondence and ensure customer needs are met to achieve satisfaction

· Work within established guidelines and escalate issues when necessary for resolution

· Supervise, train and mentor Customer Service staff when needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

· Typically suited for a senior Customer Service Representative with extensive prior experience

· Proficiency in commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field

· Ability to work with moderate direction and handle tasks of high complexity and difficulty

· Skilled in troubleshooting and capable of assuming responsibility for customer account research

· Experience in providing supervision, training, and mentoring to other customer service staff

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Sound decision-making abilities

· Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
