Role Overview:

We are hiring Creative Designers at junior, middleweight, and senior levels to join our talented team starting in early 2025.

As a Creative Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Director and Chief Creative Officer to deliver exceptional marketing, branding, and communications solutions.

We’re looking for individuals with a strong portfolio, creative flair, and a passion for innovation, ready to contribute to a team that prioritizes career growth and excellence in creative design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute design tasks across graphics, branding, web design, and creative communications.

- Develop engaging visual content that reflects clients’ goals and values.

- Collaborate with the creative and communications teams to maintain the highest standards in branding and marketing execution.

- Build dynamic presentations using Keynote and PowerPoint.

- Incorporate animation and video editing into projects using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and other advanced software.

- Capture and integrate high-quality visuals using photography and drone videography (FPV drone experience is a plus).

Desired Skill Sets:

- Extensive proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong capabilities in motion design and animation.

- Advanced experience in photography and videography, with a preference for drone-certified operators (basic or advanced FPV drone license is an asset).

- Knowledge of dynamic presentation design for corporate and marketing purposes.

- Ability to stay current with design trends and new technologies in creative media.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. An equivalent amount of education or industry experience will be accepted.

- A proven portfolio showcasing creative and professional work.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- For middleweight and senior roles:
3–5+ years of professional experience in creative design or related fields.
