SVA supports clients’ corporate strategy by providing transaction advisory services in connection with mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance activity. Additionally, SVA provides individuals and private and public corporations with expert business valuation advice in a wide variety of contexts including tax triggers, tax planning, financial reporting, family law, transaction support and strategic decision making.
We are seeking a highly driven and well-rounded Senior Associate to join our growing Valuations and Transaction Advisory Group. Preparing all forms of valuation analysis and reports
CPA or CFA would be an asset
including report writing
Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage various projects concurrently and under tight deadlines
