Marketing Specialist I, Content

Safe Software is looking for enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team The primary purpose of this role is to craft compelling content that effectively communicates our brand's story, driving engagement and business growth. This role involves collaborating across teams to create diverse content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

Day to day, you may find yourself doing the following:

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams to define content goals and strategies.
  • Research topics and liaise with subject matter experts to create relevant, engaging content.
  •  Contribute to and collaborate in the creation of content strategies for various platforms, including customer stories, brochures, blogs, white papers, web content and campaigns, in partnership with the marketing team and leadership.
  • Manage content creation, proofreading, and editing.
  • Implement SEO and SMO strategies in content.
  • Collaborate in creating and managing a content calendar, contributing to the consistency and coordination of content across various platforms.
  • Coordinate with different teams for timely delivery of content.
  • Track content analytics, generating reports with strategic recommendations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in content writing, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Experience with CMS (Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SMO, and PPC.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write for varied audiences.
  • Excellent collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stay updated with content and industry trends.
