Responsibilities Execute tasks related to your specific trade with precision and skill. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Perform repairs, installations, and maintenance on equipment or structures as required. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all times. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the course of work and implement effective solutions. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Document work performed and report progress to supervisors. Skills Proficiency in your specific trade (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. Ability to operate various tools and machinery safely and effectively. Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of safety protocols related to your trade.
