Minimum/Required Qualifications A Bachelor\'s degree in a field relevantto the responsibilities of the position. Minimum of two years ofexperience in related roles (e.g. career development, academic advising,teaching, recruitment/HR, coaching, communication, etc.). Minimum of twoyears of experience developing and facilitating trainings, educationalmodules, and materials on complex topics both in person and virtually.Demonstrated ability to function as part of a team and to plan,organize, evaluate, manage, and delegate details associated withspecific programs. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a broadrange of constituents, for example, students, supervisors, faculty,staff, alumni, and employers. Excellent communication skills, bothwritten and oral (e.g. presentation experience). Experience creating andexecuting programs or managing large projects. Demonstrated competencyto oversee multiple tasks with attention to detail.
