Scopo e Attività

Siamo alla ricerca di persone con competenze nell’ambito dell'IT che sappiano gestire la complessità con sicurezza e fiducia mantenendo un approccio challenge alle sfide, sviluppando sinergie e inclusione. Lavorerai come Analista Funzionale IT all'interno di team dell'area Crediti o Customer Journey che seguirà progetti complessi di trasformazione applicativa a supporto, integrando innovazioni di prodotto e nuove tecnologie.

Le principali attività:

  • Analizzerai con gli utenti della Banca i requisiti e le necessità di Business al fine di dettagliare le specifiche funzionali e valutare gli impatti sul software
  • Ti occuperai della predisposizione delle stime, della pianificazione delle attività anche in team con altri colleghi, svilupperai e supervisionerai le analisi funzionali e l'interazione con i Fornitori per la realizzazione del software seguendo le diverse fasi progettuali, comprensive di test, rilascio in produzione e follow-up
  • Svolgerai in ruolo di referente applicativo nell' ambito dei Finanziamenti o CJ
  • Potrai integrare la tua formazione su Devops e nuove tecnologie (Cloud, API, Microservizi, ecc..)
  • Parteciperai al disegno di una soluzione in un ambiente complesso ad alta interazione e con le tecnologie più innovative
Esperienza Richiesta

Almeno 4 anni di esperienza in ambito Information and Comunication Technology nel settore Bancario, che abbia partecipato a progetti ad alta complessità nell'ambito dei finanziamenti bancari ed in particolare nel disegno e sviluppo di Customer Journey di vendita e post-vendita di prestiti e/o mutui e/o nella concessione creditizia o che abbia gestito progetti ad alta complessità in ambito del Credito.

  • Per l'ambito CJ é da considerarsi come requisito necessario una ottima conoscenza della fase di vendita, offerta, delibera e concessione di prodotti di finanziamento quali prestiti personali (e mutui, finanziamenti a SAL, finanziamenti agevolati, finanziamenti in pool). E' altresì necessaria la provenienza da società di Software Engineering o da strutture equivalenti dotate di una propria fabbrica di software development.
  • Per l'ambito Credito é da considerarsi come requisito primario la conoscenza dei prodotti di finanziamento (mutui, prestiti, finanziamenti a SAL, finanziamenti agevolati, finanziamenti in pool) e avere dimostrata esperienza di gestione e sviluppo di applicativi per la gestione finanziamenti e prestiti e la provenienza da società di Software Engineering o da strutture equivalenti.
  • Laurea in Ingegneria, Informatica, Matematica, Fisica o esperienza equivalente
  • Conoscenza della lingua Inglese;
  • Saper utilizzare strumenti di office automation (office 365).
Competenze e Conoscenze
  • Piena autonomia nella raccolta dei requisiti funzionali, nella stesura delle analisi funzionali e nella validazione con i clienti interni
  • Dimostrata esperienza di interazione con le fabbriche di software engineering & development
  • Dimostrata esperienza nella progettazione ed esecuzione di test utente

Requisiti preferenziali:

  • Conoscenza di tutte le fasi progettuali nell'ambito di progetti di sviluppo software
  • Conoscenza della metodologia di lavoro Agile
  • Conoscenza degli strumenti di progettazione, reporting e dei tool di gestione delle fasi di test (es. Project Microsoft, Office Microsoft,ALM)

Opzionali:

  • Conoscenza generale dei processi bancari
  • Pregressa conoscenza ed esperienza con linguaggi di programmazione ad oggetti e DB relazionali
