You will be responsible for all aspects of management and leadership, including recruitment, training & development, and performance management for the North Country Coop Home Centre.
You will prepare, administer and be responsible for sales, margin, expenses, inventory and SPEH (Sales Per Employee Hour) of the Plamondon Home Centre.
You will ensure all staff adhere to Co-op standards regarding merchandising, signage, staff appearance, housekeeping, Health & Safety and Loss prevention.
You will prepare the annual budget and ensure claims, invoices and other paperwork is done timely, accurately and meets policies and procedures.
You will ensure all facilities and equipment meet the image checklist, management of assets and maintenance schedule.
This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration and teamwork to provide the best service to the community.
The Community:
Plamondon is a small community in Northern Alberta nestled between several beautiful Provincial Parks. Through the work that we do, we help to build, fuel, feed and grow Western Canadian communities together.
Business related education would be an asset.
A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience.
Excellent leadership skills and are skilled in coaching and training.
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
