L’Université de Hearst est à la recherche de deux concierges pour effectuer l’entretien de la Résidence étudiante, des bureaux du Centre Labelle et des appartements à Timmins. Les personnes retenues effectueront des tâches de nettoyage.

TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

Exécuter des tâches d’entretien ménager (balayer et laver les planchers, passer l’aspirateur, épousseter, désinfecter, enlever les ordures et les matières recyclables, remplir les distributeurs de savon et de papier, etc.);

Utiliser tous les types de produits ou d’équipement de nettoyage;

Travailler conformément au programme de santé et de sécurité et en respectant les procédures et pratiques de sécurité au travail de l’Université;

Procéder au déplacement de meubles au besoin;

Remplacer durant les congés ou absences de l’autre tâche de concierge;

S’acquitter de toutes autres tâches, au besoin ou à la demande du superviseur.

Salle de lavage

Appartements des étudiants (au besoin et au départ des gens)

Appartements des professeur-e-s (au besoin et au départ des gens)

Sections du CLC*

Salle mécanique et électrique

Salle de douches et toilettes, passage et chambre (au départ des gens)

Appartements des professeur-e-s (au besoin et au départ des gens)

*doit être fait avant 8 h 30 ou après 16 h 30

Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires;

Avoir de l’expérience professionnelle préalable en matière d’entretien ménager est un atout;

Posséder de l’e xpérience dans la manipulation d’équipements d’entretien est un atout ;

Faire preuve de discrétion et assurer la confidentialité concernant les informations sensibles;

Bonne maîtrise de la langue française;

Être en mesure de travailler dans un environnement occupé, de respecter les échéanciers de nettoyage et de travailler de façon individuelle tout en faisant partie intégrante d’une équipe;

Avoir le souci du détail;

Être proactif ou proactive;

Être en mesure de prioriser les tâches selon le degré d’urgence.

Environnement de travail

Un travail physique nécessitant parfois de soulever, porter, pousser et tirer des charges;

Un stress peut survenir à l’occasion étant donné la nécessité de respecter certains échéanciers et en raison de situations imprévues.

Rémunération

Taux horaire de 28,34 $/heure
