Reporting to theDirector, Client Solutionsyou will work with a cross-functional team todevelop PSP proposals, launch Patient Support Programs,and managethe client/SHS relationship.You will provide strategic creative solutions and stakeholder support to clients while working closely with the Program Managerto ensure KPIs and client expectations are exceeded.
Act as the primary liaison for PSP client teams during program setup, launch and operation for all strategic marketing, creative and stakeholder requirements including but not limited to:
Developing and managing an overall strategic creative plan that meets the needs of all stakeholders
Managing the entire creative process from start to finish including project proposal, budget, timeline, copy development, layout development, PAAB approvals and final client sign-off
Lead the planning and execution of physician and patient engagement initiatives including the development of proposals and project plans; facilitation of EEPs, advisory boards, consultancy panels; Provide creative and strategic support in the development and presentation of program QBRs ensuring the needs of the cross-functional client team are met
Support training of PSP operational team around brand strategy, client needs and impact
Work with program management and PSP directors to ensure seamless program operation and clientsatisfaction
Suggest and build additional program offerings (i.e.patient self-enrolment programs, adherence tools, detail aids, CRM portal enhancements, rep training, screening programs, etc.)
Promote additionalSentrexconsulting services including software and website development,businessanalytics, market access, medical strategy and field MSLservices
Participate and support client brand strategy and POA development process, asneeded
Lead the research and project management of patient support program proposals by:
Conducting stakeholder researchto support proposal insights and inform program solutions
Managing the overall design and organization of word proposal submissions and pitch deck PPT presentations
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry across multiple therapeutic areas (sales, marketing, sales training, professional education, analytics & insights, creative project management)
Critical thinkerwith the ability tofocus on the highest priorities aligned to the overall strategic direction with a client-centricapproach
Highly effective project management skills with ability to build a clear project plan outlining all milestones and associated timelines
Extreme attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
Aesthetic intuition and ability to provide art direction
Exceptional PPT-building skills
Able topositively impact and influence others and quickly establish credibility while building strong businessrelationships
Experience with KOL management
Experience in a pharmaceutical marketing role is a distinct advantage
Creative agency experience, preferably working with healthcare clients
Familiarity and experience in application of PAAB code and associated processes for project approvals
Experience launching PSP and/or managing external PSPvendors
Your commitment to providing a high level of service to your internal and external clients.
You have exceptional organizational skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and stakeholders.
