Who You Are

We are looking for an inside sales professional enthusiastic about solving business challenges through a consultative sales approach.

Role:

  • Prospect potential customers using direct cold calling and indirect networking and social media methods.
  • Establish relationships and secure contracts with new and existing customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
  • Drive client retention and growth in assigned accounts/territory.
  • Follow sales management process, account planning, and opportunity identification.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
  • Plan, facilitate, and/or conduct complex negotiations for assigned accounts/territory.
  • Manage customer experience and relationships.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepare forecasts and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing CRM information.
  • Draft and deliver sales proposals.
  • Be a leader in client satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional organizations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create/cultivate trusting relationships with clients and co-workers;
  • A calm, friendly self-starter who works well independently;
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required);
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
  • Expert understanding of sales processes and B2B sales methodology.
