Norcan is the Western Canada distributor for Bosch Rexroth.Our Red Deer branch is currently searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position in the specialty field of hydraulics.The Inside Sales representative is focused on providing customer service for a broad range of repair and part inquiries, over various industries such as Mining, Forestry, Municipal and Marine.*Qualifications and Experience** 3+ years experience in a customer service role* Ideally 2+ years experience within the hydraulics or similar technical industry* Integrity, vision, professionalism, and passion are key components of this position* Red Seal Parts Specialist or working towards is an asset* Ability to follow, with detail, written and verbal instructions* Strong attendance track record with the ability to get along well with others* Proficient written and oral communication skills (ability to read and write legibly)* Knowledge of components and hydraulic systems used in industry and mobile equipment is an asset* Knowledge of distribution sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques are an asset* Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers* Exceptional verbal, written and listening communication skills* Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm* Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment* Must be computer literate with knowledge of all standard Microsoft Office programs*Responsibilities:** Respond to internal and external enquires via phone, e-mail, fax or in person* Ensure customer service excellence* Great professional customer service skills, including verbal, written* Understand our product lines and be willing to learn how to promote them* Understand the importance of good follow-up and response time to our customers* Procurement of products for orders*What we offer:** Competitive compensation and Bonus opportunities* Extended Health care (covers Health, dental and vision care)* Paid training, tuition reimbursement and opportunities for development* RRSP with company matching* Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm regular schedule*The Position:** Inside Sales Representative* Full Time - Permanent position, Mon – FriIf you are interested in this position, please forward your resume.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $25.00-$40.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* Dental care* Extended health care* Paid time off* RRSP match* Vision careSchedule:* 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:* Bonus payExperience:* Hydraulic parts sales: 3 years (required)Work Location: In person
