Job Title: Journeyman Millwright (433A) Location: Oshawa, ON About the Role We are seeking a qualified Journeyman Millwright (433A) to join our team in supporting a large-scale industrial facility. This role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and mechanical systems, working within a collaborative and safety-focused environment. Compensation & Schedule Hourly Rate: $41.85/hr plus a 10% night shift premium ($46.04/hr total) Shift: Night shift, Sunday to Thursday nights (10:30pm – 6:30am). First shift begins Sunday at 10:30pm and final shift ends Friday at 6:30am. Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (overnights). Overtime: Opportunities may be available from time to time. What We Offer Competitive wages with shift premium Comprehensive medical and dental benefits Safety boot reimbursement Casual dress code On-site parking Union membership with additional benefits Participation in company events Opportunities for long-term career growth Key Responsibilities Work closely with other trades and maintenance technicians to address facility and equipment needs Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, including pneumatic, hydraulic, fuel, lubrication, cooling, and exhaust systems, pumps, fans, tanks, and conveyors Conduct routine inspections and testing of machinery to ensure proper operation Operate hoisting and lifting devices safely and effectively Troubleshoot and resolve facility equipment failures to minimize downtime Perform mechanical repairs and adjustments to correct facility malfunctions Assemble, install, calibrate, and align machinery and equipment with precision Complete and document work orders in a timely manner Adhere to and promote all safety protocols, procedures, and policies Carry out other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic/Millwright License (Skilled Trades Ontario) Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic or Millwright Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and pumps Experience in manufacturing or facility maintenance settings Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong commitment to workplace safety practices Availability to work night shifts (10:30pm – 6:30am, Sunday through Friday morning) Reliable transportation to commute to work in Oshawa, ON Why Kelly®?
