As a Supervisor for our Toxicology group at the Sherbrooke (QC) location, you will be supervising a team in order to mobilize, empower and develop employees.
Ensure employee and department performance management.
Regularly communicate expectations regarding quality, performance, goals, animal welfare, and health and safety.
Apply the principles of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Bilingualism French and English is required.
Collegial diploma is science or any related field in management.
Please note that upon being hired, you will have to undergo an annual tuberculosis test at the expense of the company.
Schedule: Full time, permanent position (37.We pay up to 85% of premiums (health & dental coverage).
