Developing strong relationships within our customer base is critical as this position is the primary contact for coordinating commercial, and single order processing, and is the internal channel for the customer in support of other departments: Sales, Distribution Centers, Accounts Receivable, Warranty and Logistics. Accurately maintain project files & records for accurate record keeping and follow up.
2+ year’s customer service experience in construction related or manufacturing industry - either commercial or residential
~ Knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce Software
~ In-depth understanding of phased projects, scope, and timelines.
~ Must be experienced in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
~ Strong Data Entry
~ Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
