True to the vision, the sales team culture is one of empowerment, authenticity and vulnerability. Retreat Guru is looking for an Account Executive, to join our growth team. Reporting directly to the Sales Team Lead, you will be connecting with retreat centers and leaders around the world to help solve the unique operational needs of running a retreat center. The position is a blend of inbound and outbound sales, ideal for an SDR looking to make the jump to an AE role, or an AE that is comfortable with precise and high touch out-bounding. An intimate knowledge of the software will be key to creating unique solutions for the customer to help with their operational challenges.

The candidate must be comfortable out-bounding and maintaining a large sales pipeline. Managing end-to-end sales process
Conduct personalized outbound to create sales opportunities
Qualify and close inbound leads from marketing channels
Maintain sales pipeline and strive to hit quarterly targets
Maintain excellent CRM (Hubspot) hygiene
Diligent usage of CRM automation and logging activities
Previous experience with CRMs, preferably Hubspot
Experience with SMB sales
Familiarity with WordPress / HTML experience
Proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish is a bonus
Minimum 3-weeks vacation policy
#Membership to local co-working space (if located in Nelson)
