Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction management from start to end
- Lead daily site operations and decisions
- Maintain and manage effective project schedules
- Inspire and coordinate with field crews
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in heavy civil construction
- Proven track record in a superintendent role
- Class 5 driver’s license essential
- Strong crew leadership capabilities
- Proficient in interpreting construction documents
