Toromont Cat is looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Talent Acquisition Coordinator (6 month contract; on-site 4 days/week) to join our team This position will provide effective and timely support to our human resources/recruitment processes. The successful candidate will work with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and candidates.
As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator, YOU will experience:

Handling administrative duties including activating job postings, pre-employment verifications, etc.
Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge on recruitment systems
Assisting or managing special recruitment projects
Post-secondary education, ideally with studies in Human Resources, and experience in administrative support
~Effective knowledge of Systems, ideally HR systems (UKG)
~ Bilingual spoken/written, French/English
