*In your role as the Clinical Educator/Practice Lead at Baptist Housing, you are instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services. You meticulously review quality-focused data, identifying areas for improvement, and spearheading the development and implementation of quality improvement plans. Your expertise ensures compliance with professional, legal, and organizational requirements as you advocate for resources and funding to support quality initiatives within the region. Additionally, you provide invaluable support in consultation, education, and training, aligning delivery with best practices and industry standards. Your dedication to program management and oversight guarantees that designated clinical frameworks meet all quality standards, while your commitment to health and safety, risk management, and incident prevention fosters a culture of safety and well-being within the organization. Graduated from a recognized school of nursing and is registered with BCCNM.
* 5 years' experience with adult education or clinical instruction.
* With a background in healthcare and extensive experience in quality management, education, and program leadership, you possess a deep understanding of industry standards and regulations. You thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating expertise in risk management, quality assurance, and change dynamics. Your dedication to modelling Baptist Housing's values, coupled with your proficiency in technology and gerontology expertise, makes you an invaluable asset to our team and community.
