Job Title : Customer Service Professional - Bilingual III
Location : Halifax, NS
Hybrid - Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday in-office
Contract Duration : Rotational shift, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. Training : 5 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. As a Customer Service Professional, you will support members by managing various aspects of customer service, including answering inbound calls and responding to inquiries related to group benefits. You will work within a fast-paced environment, providing support to both internal and external clients. Supporting clients by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual proficiency in French and English (read, write, and speak)
~5-7 years of customer service experience (retail, information centers, or service sector)
~ Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft apps such as Teams and Outlook

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Experience with web-based or computer applications
College degree considered an asset

The ideal candidate is empathetic and genuinely cares about helping others. One virtual round, 15 minutes.
