Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support the finance team towards success
- Manage daily accounting tasks and financial reporting
- Prepare and present insightful financial statements
- Oversee annual audits and financial compliance
- Guide financial data analysis to inform decision-making
- Degree in business/accounting required
- 4+ years of progressive finance experience
- Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Leadership capabilities under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Business Central is an asset
