Cette fonction requiert une compréhension exhaustive de la marque afin d’en planifier sa mise en marché, via une approche stratégique émanant d’analyses, d’études de marché, de prévisions de ventes et d’une communication efficace des initiatives-clés entre les différents départements.Rapport hiérarchiqueDirecteur commercial, CanadaPrincipales responsabilités Assurer l’orientation stratégique de la marque sous sa responsabilité parmi les principaux portefeuilles de la Société. Collaborer étroitement avec les intervenants internes/externes à la conception et à l’exécution des plans de marque et à l’établissement des prévisions de ventes Concevoir du matériel promotionnel et des programmes à valeur ajoutée pour les patients et les professionnels de la santé, conformément à la stratégieConcevoir et organiser des réunions consultatives avec les experts du domaine thérapeutique visé.Apporter à l’équipe de vente la formation nécessaire sur les produits et l’expertise technique afin d’assurer une exécution impeccable sur le terrain.Évaluer la compréhension du message, l’adéquation du matériel promotionnel et le rendement du produit grâce à des indicateurs de rendement clés prédéfinis.Surveiller l’impact de la marque sur le terrain et sur la concurrence, et recommander des plans d’action opportuns pour répondre aux objectifs de la Société Assurer la liaison avec les autres départements sur les défis et les opportunités de la marque afin d’en maximiser la performance.Gérer et assurer une collaboration étroite avec les tiers fournisseurs/agences dans le cadre de campagnes de produits, y compris, sans s’y limiter, les études de marché, les conférences et l’approche promotionnelle. Participer à des réunions et conférences nationales et/ou internationales.Mener des analyses concurrentielles et des études de marché pour définir/valider le positionnement de marque et concevoir/affiner des stratégies. Veiller à l’alignement des ressources promotionnelles et des dépenses budgétaires conformément au plan de commercialisation. Établir de solides relations professionnelles avec les responsables de domaines thérapeutiques dans le cadre d’activités provinciales, nationales et internationales. Agir conformément au code du CCPP, aux Normes de la publicité et au code de déontologie de Médicaments novateurs Canada (MNC).
