Bilingual Specialist, Pharmacy System Solution and Support, Montreal, QCIn this role, you will be part of a dynamic, multi-tasking team dedicated to supporting the pharmacy and store teams with technology and pharmaceutical solutions. As a Bilingual Specialist, pharmacy system solution and support, you'll bring your personalities and values to help Canadians Live Life Well.Will support pharmacist-owners and their teams in pharmacy and store technology issues.
You'll be part of a team dedicated to finding technological solutions to improve the experience of pharmacy teams so they can help their patients Live Life Well.
Research and tests various functional solutions, strategies, and tactics to create and update reference material content specific to the pharmacy application as it relates to third party adjudication issues, expanded scope of pharmacy practice, and pharmacy initiatives.
Analyzes, researches, and develops business rules to provide assistance with operational impact analysis, testing, documentation content, planning, implementation, and integration of pharmacy programs and initiatives.
Coordinate, oversee and supports ongoing hardware fixes and requests from stores.
Fluently bilingual with strong reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills (English and French)
Multitasking mindset and ability to work on several projects at the same time
Experience in community pharmacy and/or retail sales.
Knowledge of pharmacy management and SDM systems
Sense of willingness to support pharmacy and store teams.

Rechercher et mettre à l'essai diverses solutions, stratégies et tactiques fonctionnelles pour créer et mettre à jour des documents de référence propres à la demande de la pharmacie en ce qui concerne les questions d'arbitrage par des tiers, l'élargissement de la portée de la pratique de la pharmacie et les initiatives de pharmacie.
Analyser, rechercher et élaborer des stratégies pour fournir de l'aide à l'analyse de l'impact opérationnel, aux tests, au contenu de la documentation, à la planification, à la mise en œuvre et à l'intégration des programmes et des initiatives de la pharmacie.
Coordonner, superviser et prendre en charge les correctifs de l’équipements en pharmacies et des demandes des magasins.
Solides compétences bilingues en compréhension de la lecture et en communication verbale et écrite (anglais et français).
Esprit multitâche et capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets en même temps
Expérience en pharmacie communautaire et/ou en vente au détail.
Connaissance des système et logiciel de pharmacie et des systèmes SDM
Sentiment de volonté de soutenir les équipes des pharmacies et des magasins.
