As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for targeting potential clients, conducting comprehensive market research, and growing new business with a focus on 3PL Bulk services.Rise to the challenge. Find your Fuel.Job Summary:Support strategies and Drive business expansion across North America, focusing on bulk services.Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and understand client needs.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive networking, cold calling, and lead generation, while prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention.Identify new business opportunities and coordinate meetings with decision makers.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our value proposition in bulk services, to clients and leadership.Provide comprehensive solutions and services tailored to meet clients need.Collaborate on strategies and KPIs, to ensure profitability and efficiency.Maintain continuous communication with customers.Manage multiple accounts and submissions simultaneously.Keep accurate records using CRM systems.Skills & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain logistics, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in trucking and third-party logistics (3PL) sales, with expertise in bulk sales solutions.Demonstrated success in sales within logistics or warehousing.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and management.Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to travel within North America.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Pay, benefits, perks and more: We’re not like the others, nor do we care to be.
