Position Overview: Cantex Mining Services is seeking a Roller Packer Operator with an entry-level experience with a role involves operating single drum roller packers as well as general site support duties. Responsibilities: Operate roller packers to compact materials to specification. Assist with inspections and light maintenance. Support the labour crew when not assigned to rolling. Expectations: Comply with full PPE and respirator standards. Maintain reliable attendance and commute. Safely manage long shifts. Work effectively in a crew and alone when necessary. Prioritize task safety over speed. Communicate clearly and record required site data. Respond to site changes or weather shifts proactively. Keep work areas clean and hazard-free. Assets: Experience on a single drum roller or other compactors.
