*Overview of the Position: *The Parts Support Person is proficient in aiding shipping, warehousing, and other tasks in the Parts Department. Precision is crucial for smooth operations. Incoming and outgoing shipments are swiftly and effectively handled to meet the service standards expected by both internal and external clients of Frontier Power Products. This role encompasses various functions within the branch store and entails a diverse range of responsibilities.

*Key Duties and Responsibilities:  *
* Receive and receipt daily in-bound shipments from vendors and other branch locations.
* Prepare out-bound shipments consisting of:
* Customer parts orders
* Finished production units
* BBT transfers
* Cross border shipping experience
* Other related shipments
* Assist parts staff with order fulfillment when requested
* Assist production parts with order fulfillment when requested.
* Pick-up or delivery of local orders and/or assisting shop techs that require unexpected parts delivery to job site
* Other duties as assigned

*Experience and Qualifications:  *
* Valid Class 5 drivers’ license and clean drivers abstract
* 1-2 years forklift operator experience is required
* Fundamental inventory management knowledge
* Warehousing bins maintenance experience
* FIFO mentality
* Previous experience using MS Office applications and ERP systems
* Knowledge in preparing courier, LTL shipment manifests, and cross border shipping requirements
* Excellent attention to details
* Can-do attitude with a focus on high customer satisfaction
* Efficient in time management and planning.
* Being cost conscious and have a continuous process improvement mindset
* Safe workplace attitude

*Work Environment: *The job of a Part Support Person requires repetitive motions all the time including lifting, squatting, kneeling, bending, walking, torquing, pulling, carrying, pulling, crouching, backward positions, standing for extended periods etc.

*Physical Job Requirement*: This position requires occasionally lifting of objects weighing up to 50 lbs. throughout a workday

Job Type: Full-time
