À propos du rôle:

Travaillant dans un environnement stimulant, vous aurez comme activités principales :

• Compréhension des cas d’usages et des exigences de connectivité du client

• Définition de scénario de solution de connectivité de bout en bout (radio et cœur de réseau et interconnexion au système d’information de l’entreprise)

• Contribution à l’élaboration de business case avec la fourniture d’éléments de coûts de la solution

• Définition de spécifications techniques de solution de connectivité de bout en bout

• Participation aux appels d’offres de choix de solution de connectivité de bout en bout

• Participation aux phases de conception et de déploiement technique de solution de connectivité

• Contribution à la formation et au développement des compétences des équipes opérationnelles

Ce que vous apporterez :

• Compétences techniques avérées dans le domaine des solutions de connectivité 4G LTE

• Connaissances des principales solutions technologiques du marché (Nokia, Ericsson, Cisco, etc.) et certifications correspondantes

• Connaissance des sujets réglementaires en lien avec la connectivité sans fil au Canada et au Québec (accès aux fréquences, etc.)

• Aptitude à équilibrer les implications à long terme ("vue d'ensemble") et à court terme des décisions d'architecture

• Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance pour établir et maintenir des relations avec les différentes parties prenantes et les partenaires potentiels de solutions technologiques.

• Expérience en prestation de stratégie de connectivité, d'architecture de référence et de normes ; expérience dans le développement de business cases ;

• Expérience en rédaction de documents d’ingénierie générale, en validation de système télécom, en pilotage d’études de couverture indoor/ outdoor

• Expérience en coordination d’équipes techniques sur des activités projet, exploitation et maintenance de réseaux télécom

• Expérience à influencer les décideurs clés ou les cadres supérieurs dans une grande équipe interfonctionnelle, en utilisant vos compétences générales de la bonne manière

• Veille technologique sur les grandes tendances technologiques du marché

Requis :

• + 5 années d’expérience en architecture de solution de connectivité d’entreprise (4G LTE)

• Bilinguisme : Français et anglais fonctionnel à l’oral et l’écrit.

• Expérience démontrable en grand projet d’intégration de connectivité LTE, au sein d’une grande entreprise ou un environnement de conseil équivalent.

• Expérience similaire au sein d'un projet minier ou similaire (comme l'industrie pétrolière) au Canada ou en Amérique du Nord

• Bonne connaissance des systèmes informatiques : Windows 9/10/11, Suite Office, etc.

• Bonne communication à l’oral et l’écrit. Orientation client et proposition

Le personne doit être basé au Labrador et à Sept-Iles.
