Establish and maintain the mapping of the business capabilities of theCRMarea (and other areas used), in collaboration with the business line and data governance
Maintain the target architecture and transformation roadmap of technology ecosystems
Ensure the healthy evolution of the application portfolio: obsolescence, technological debt, simplification of the overall IT ecosystem, etc.
Within the IT Delivery Commercial sector, you are part of a team of domain architects, reporting to the Strategy and Delivery Architect. We favor a variety of forms of continuous learning to enrich your development, including learning in action, training content made available to you and working in collaboration with colleagues with diverse expertise and profiles.
Completed Bachelor's degree, related to the sector of activity, and fifteen years of relevant experience or completed Master's degree, related to the sector of activity, and ten years of relevant experience.
Experience in the role of Senior Architect (Business or Enterprise) in the delivery of several major projects in large companies
Strong knowledge of the CRM domain and common commercial CRM applications (e.g. Salesforce, SAP-CRM)
Mastery of the concepts, technologies and solutions of a modern digital ecosystem (e.g. Microservices, APIs, Data Flows, Security, Elasticity, PaaS, Cloud SaaS, DevOps, ...)
AWS Cloud (Practitioner or Solution Architect) certification is an asset
