Lead the implementation of Total Rewards programs, applying strong project and change management practices to support delivery. Continuously assess and evolve Total Rewards strategies using data, feedback, and benchmarking to ensure offerings remain equitable, competitive and relevant. Designations or certifications such as CPHR, CCP, SHRM-CP, Or WorldatWork are considered an asset but not required.
