This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada. Serve as a trusted partner in providing strategic guidance to support informed decision-making across the CRS. Develop accessible policies, processes, and educational materials that deepen understanding of Total Rewards offerings for all team members. Lead the implementation of Total Rewards programs, applying strong project and change management practices to support delivery. Continuously assess and evolve Total Rewards strategies using data, feedback, and benchmarking to ensure offerings remain equitable, competitive and relevant. Designations or certifications such as CPHR, CCP, SHRM-CP, Or WorldatWork are considered an asset but not required.
