About The Opportunity
We have partnered with a collaborative and talented national firm in the professional services industry. They are seeking a self-motivated Bilingual Project Coordinator to join their team located in downtown Montreal. The position would be well suited to a candidate that has administrative and/or executive support experience and a passion for professional writing. If you enjoy synthesizing information to produce documents, proposals and reports in addition to providing administrative support, this role is for you. The company offers hybrid work arrangements and a positive inclusive culture along with a competitive salary. Duties include but are not limited to:- Manage projects by tracking information and progress, coordinating processes and report on project status
- Review and synthesize information
- Write and edit a variety of professional material including reports, documents, proposals and RFP’s in both English and French
- Liaise with clients
- Support Senior Partners by coordinating and scheduling meetings, reviewing and preparing documents, managing information and conducting research
- Post-secondary education and a minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience within a professional services firm
- Experience supporting senior executives
- Self motivated, dependable and a positive attitude
- A team player who takes initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Fluent bilingualism in oral and written English and French
- Strong writing skills in English and French with a passion for writing
- Client service oriented
