As the Sr Director of Product Marketing at Achievers, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies, including pricing, to drive the success of our employee recognition software. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the product, market, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating impactful marketing programs, including pricing models that align with business objectives.
Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
Developing annual Marketing Plans / Calendar
Conduct market research to inform pricing decisions and adjust strategies based on market dynamics.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Content Development:
Oversee the creation of high-quality and compelling marketing collateral, including product datasheets, case studies, and presentations.
Collaborate with content marketing teams to ensure product-related content aligns with overall marketing goals.
Work closely with demand generation teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive pipeline growth.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize impact.
Provide enablement / sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell Achievers' products, including pricing guidelines.
Develop sales collateral, presentations, and training programs to support the sales process.
Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across all functions.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive successful product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.
10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS solutions.
~ Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing and pricing strategies.
~ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
