ENDVR is looking for a VP of Finance to join their leadership team and play a critical role in shaping their financial future as they prepare for growth. Reporting to the CEO and Co-founder, the VP of Finance will be responsible for planning and tracking the team’s financial strategy to achieve sustainable growth.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has previously helped an early-stage high-growth company successfully build and scale their financial strategy and operations.
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, tax planning, and treasury management
Collaborate with the leadership team to craft a data-driven metrics dashboard that measures key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards achieving business objectives
Secure funding through venture capital, debt financing, or other means
Contribute to building a strong company culture with a focus on transparency and accountability
Implement and maintain robust financial reporting systems and controls
Manage external audit relationships and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities and risks
Develop financial models to support business decisions and investment strategies
Proven track record as a VP of Finance or similar senior financial role in a high-growth startup or venture-backed company
~10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting & Operations
~ Deep understanding of GAAP or IFRS accounting principles
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset to measure and optimize financial performance
~ Executive-level presence, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
~ Passion for building and scaling businesses
~ Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
~ Familiarity with fundraising processes and venture capital landscape
~ Experience working with brands and/or retailers a plus
