This person will create, deploy, and manage Software testing and validation plans and project schedules both at the component level and at the system level. This person is also a support with the development of application guidelines for products and resins and will be a support in testing new products and technologies at customer sites. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/Areas of Accountability:Test preparation: Creating test plans, building systems for testingParticipate in project design reviews and risk assessments and develop testing and validation strategy based on risks and product claimsImplement software validation engineering test plans, cases plus scripts.Evaluate and verify some issues discovered, log probable software bugs in Husky tracking database.Prepare validation plus acceptance criteria and evaluate test results to assure software attains requirements and parameters.Identify gaps, suggest solutions and lead enhancement to software validation procedures, processes and practices.Ensure completeness and accuracy of software validation records.Test execution: Installing systems for testing, performing specific tests per the planResults analysis – critical review of testing results including data analyses to support testing conclusionsProcess data collection and analysis, part inspection plan and data analysisReporting results and conclusions both in formally documented reports and effective presentationsService support – assist in the resolution of significant service projectsThink as voice of customer in validation process.Refine internal product knowledge based on performance/results outside of the Husky testing labsEDUCATION: BS in Electrical , Software or Mechanical EngineeringEXPERIENCERequired2+ years of experience testing and troubleshooting of complex mechanical systems2+ years of experience working in project teams, with both external and internal customers+2 years experiences with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic system with data acquisition systems+2 years experiences with PLC programing IEC 61131-3 languageDesiredExperience with C# compliant languages such as C, Java, and PythonExperience with Modbus , Ethernet, EtherCATExperience with .Net Software componentsQUALIFICATIONSStrong organizational skillsStrong Knowledge in electrical systemProficiency in troubleshooting software issues and debugging a large codebaseAbility to work independently and to be part of a multidisciplinary teamAbility to balance multiple initiatives with unique schedules and needsSuperb analytical and problem-solving skills.Fundamental system understanding of the injection molding process and plastic resin families, and the auxiliary equipment commonly usedHusky Technologies TM offers a competitive compensation and benefits package and excellent opportunities for growth and advancement.
