The candidate should have expertise in designing and rigorously testing new growth concepts through extensive primary research. As a skilled problem solver, they must efficiently manage multiple concepts, clients, and projects, applying world-class testing methodologies to foster client growth.

Role Overview:

  • Manage client relationships, advise on innovation methods, and oversee product ideation and validation.
  • Lead project deliverables such as financial modeling, user research, and prototyping.
  • Understand client business, market trends, and manage internal dynamics for project support.

Qualifications:

  • Strong research and communication skills skills.
  • Some knowledge of innovation methodologies and skills in financial modeling, user research, and UI/UX.Comfortable with Google suite, figma, surveymonkey.
  • Strong communication, project management skills, and ability to work in highly ambiguous environments.
  • Previous experience in management consulting, private equity or venture capital is desirable but not necessary.
  • University or master’s degree in a related field or previous relevant experience.

  • Multidisciplinary expertise in technology, strategy and/or consulting.
  • Excellent presentation skills, proactive leadership, and strong collaborative abilities.
  • Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid role based in downtown Toronto, which requires domestic and international travel for client and company events.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada and able to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Compensation:
Base salary is between CAD$70,000 and CAD$75,000, plus performance-based incentives up to CAD$50,000 or more, depending on specific criteria.
